What do I use the white drying cloth for?

With the drying cloth you absorb the dirt and water that is released after steaming, for example after steaming grout.

Which steam cleaners do I use the drying cloth with?

The drying cloth is for the Techweise steam cleaners. In the shop you will find the drying cloth under the accessories for the TS Compact, TS1 and TS2.

Is this the same as the furniture/upholstery accessory?

No. You use the furniture/upholstery accessory to steam sofas, upholstery and textiles. You use the white drying cloth to dry off after steaming.

Which floors can I steam with a Techweise steam cleaner?

You can steam tiled floors, parquet, laminate, concrete floors, lino and poured resin floors. One word of care: never steam the same spot for too long, and make sure the floor is properly sealed with no cracks or open seams. If in doubt, check the flooring manufacturer's guidance first.

Does the floor stay wet?

No, not if you follow one simple step. Before you start steaming, spray the excess water away first, pointing away from you. Skip it and that water ends up in the cloth, which does leave the floor wet. Follow it and the floor stays dry while you steam.

The floor dries streak-free in 30 to 60 seconds. The TS1 and TS2 use dry steam. The TS3 Edge also lets you switch between wet and dry: dry steam for floors, wet steam to loosen stubborn dirt in grout and bathroom fittings.
