Always take care: never steam one spot for too long, and make sure the floor is properly sealed and has no cracks or open seams. When in doubt, always consult your floor manufacturer's manual.

No, not if you follow the right instructions. Before you start steaming, always spray away the excess water first, pointing away from you. If you skip this, that water sprays into the cloth and the floor gets wet. Follow this step and your floor stays dry while steaming.

The floor dries streak-free within 30 to 60 seconds. The TS1 and TS2 work with dry steam. The TS3 Edge also has an adjustable wet and dry steam function: dry steam for floors, wet steam for loosening stubborn dirt in grout and bathroom fixtures.

With 1800W and 4 bar, the TS2 is more powerful than the TS1 (1500W, 3.6 bar). The TS2 steams for 50 minutes on one tank compared to 40 minutes for the TS1. The TS2 also has an LED indicator light that shows when the water is up to temperature (the TS1 does not have this). The TS2 steam cleaner also has an improved design and a built-in storage compartment for accessories. Both come with the same 26 accessories.

No. The power of steam is enough, and cleaning products can damage the internal pipes and boiler. Use tap water, but if you have hard water we recommend distilled water to prevent limescale.

Yes, for disinfecting and freshening up. Steam of at least 100°C kills 99.99% of bacteria and dust mites, ideal for allergies. With a sofa, always test on an inconspicuous spot first. Please note: a steam cleaner does not remove stains and does not suck up dirt.

Yes, all accessories can be ordered separately and in value bundles. It is a good idea to order some extra accessories in advance, because the brushes need replacing over time. In case of a defect, we always offer a solution.

Yes. You can test the steam cleaner for 14 days. The accessories may have been used, but the steam cleaner itself must be free of damage.

We offer a two-year warranty on all our steam cleaners. If something breaks, we are happy to help you.
