How often do I need to descale my steam cleaner?

Descale your steam cleaner once a month. That removes stubborn limescale and extends the life of the appliance.
How much is in a box?

Each box contains 6 sachets, 75 grams in total.
Can I also prevent limescale?

Simply use tap water. If you have hard water, we recommend distilled water to prevent limescale.
Do I need to add cleaning product to the water reservoir?

No. Steam on its own is enough, and cleaning products can damage the internal pipes and boiler. Tap water is fine; in hard water areas we recommend distilled water to prevent limescale.
How quickly will my order be delivered?

Orders in the Netherlands placed before 23:00 are delivered the next working day. Orders to Belgium are usually delivered within 1-2 working days.
