You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product may have been tested, but please ensure that you return the device without any damage. You may, however, use and test accessories.
• Returns will only be processed if they are created through our returns portal. Returns sent to us on your own initiative will not be processed.
• Once the 14-day return period has expired, returns are no longer possible. Defects or other issues must be reported within 14 days.

Techweise is responsible for return shipping costs if the product is defective or if an error occurred during shipping. This includes:

• We sent the wrong item.
• One or more items are damaged or defective.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs of €8.50 if:

• A product is being returned because you no longer want it.
• A package is not picked up at the PostNL location and is returned to the sender.
