Which floors do I use the floor mop for?

The floor mop is intended for steam cleaning various hard floors.
Do I also need the mopping set?

This floor mop is the separate attachment. If you want to convert the TS Compact into a floor steamer, choose the Mopping set for the TS Compact: it contains 2 extension handles, a floor mop and 2 mop cloths.
Which floors can I steam with a Techweise steam cleaner?

You can steam tiled floors, parquet, laminate, concrete floors, lino and poured resin floors. One word of care: never steam the same spot for too long, and make sure the floor is properly sealed with no cracks or open seams. If in doubt, check the flooring manufacturer's guidance first.
Does the floor stay wet?

No, not if you follow one simple step. Before you start steaming, spray the excess water away first, pointing away from you. Skip it and that water ends up in the cloth, which does leave the floor wet. Follow it and the floor stays dry while you steam.

The floor dries streak-free in 30 to 60 seconds. The TS1 and TS2 use dry steam. The TS3 Edge also lets you switch between wet and dry: dry steam for floors, wet steam to loosen stubborn dirt in grout and bathroom fittings.
