To prevent mould, proceed as follows once you have finished mopping:

1. Clean the dirty water tank completely
2. Remove the filter and place it on the right in the tray of the charging station
3. Detach the brush and stand it upright on the left in its holder on the charging station

Streaks on your floor are almost always caused by the cleaning product you use. So proceed as follows:

1. Use cold and preferably distilled water. It contains much less limescale.

2. Use a non-foaming pH-neutral cleaning product. Do you have laminate? Then use laminate cleaner. Choose a product that suits your type of floor.

3. Make sure your brush is always clean before use
