Every steam cleaner has its own Care membership. If you have two, you take Care twice: one per device, each with its own Care Box and warranty. In the cart you choose which device each membership is for.

Yes. At any moment, without hassle. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your benefits simply continue until the end of the year you have already paid for.
Then you get fourteen days to sort out the payment. During that period we automatically try again and your membership stays active.
Within fourteen days of the start you get the full amount back if the Care Box has not been shipped yet. If the box is already on its way, we deduct the value of the box. After fourteen days a refund is no longer possible.
Our customer service arranges it for you. Get in touch when you order accessories or switch to a newer model, and you will receive a personal discount code.
Tiles and grout like new
Remarkably, our 1970s tiles and grout look like new. The living room also stays clean longer, even though we have a dog.
