Due to icy conditions this morning and the backlog caused by last weekβs snowfall, delivery times are longer than usual for delivery services. We are therefore working closely with all parties involved to minimize delays as much as possible.

All orders have now been handed over to the delivery services. Due to the snow, there are currently delays at the distribution centers, which means it may take longer for packages to be picked up by the delivery drivers, andverwerkt.Hierdoorit may also take a little longer for thetracking link to appear.
Everyone is working hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible.What does βNot yet received or processed by DHL or PostNLβ mean? Answer:This means that your order has already been registered and handed over to the delivery service and has been scanned for the first time.
The delivery service has simply not yet physically processed your package at the depot/warehouse, so a new scan is not yet visible. Due to the snow, there are currently delays in the sorting and processing at DHL/PostNL.
We expect this to be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you again for your patience.
