Terms and Conditions: Share Your Techweise Moment

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to participation in the Techweise "Share Your Techweise Moment" Contest, organized by Techweise B.V. (hereinafter "Techweise").

Participation

2.1 Participation in the giveaway is open to Techweise customers.
2.2 Participants have a chance to win a t.w.v. €100Amazon gift cardt.w.v. and accessories for the Techweise product featured in their entry, limited to 12 orders per year.
2.3 To participate, the participant must post a video in their profile feed or story on Instagram or TikTok, in which a Techweise product is clearly visible.
2.4 For a post in the story, a display period of 24 hours applies, and for posts, a minimum visibility period until the end of the giveaway, through March 19, 2024.Removing posted content during this period will result in disqualification.

Winner Selection

3.1 The winner will be selected based on the submitted videos and stories.
3.2 The winner will be chosen by Techweise based on creativity and originality.
3.3 Techweise’s decision is final and cannot be appealed.

Notification of the Winner

4.1 The winner will be announced on March 20, 2024, following the conclusion of the contest, via Techweise’s official social media accounts.
4.2 The winner will be notified personally via the social media platform on which the entry was submitted, via a private message.
4.3 The winner must respond to Techweise’s message within 48 hours of being notified of the win. If this does not occur, Techweise will select another winner.

Prizes

5.1 The winner has a chance to win Techweise accessories, limited to 12 orders per yeart.w.v , or at.w.v€100 Amazon gift cardt.w.v .
5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

Privacy

6.1 By participating in the giveaway, the participant agrees that Techweise may use the submitted content for promotional purposes on social media and other marketing channels.
6.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with Techweise’s privacypolicy.

Other Provisions
