Terms and Conditions for Collaboration with Influencers

1. Definitions 1. Party 1: Techweise BV, located at Stationsplein 45, 3013AK Rotterdam, the Netherlands. 1.2. Party 2: Influencer: The individual party with whom Techweise BV enters into a collaboration to promote products or services on social media platforms.

2. Reuse of Posted Content

2.1. Techweise BV reserves the right to reuse all content posted by the Influencer for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, advertisements, and social media posts.

3. Timely Posting of Content

3.1. The Influencer agrees to post the agreed-upon content on their social media platforms within the agreed-upon timeframe, as specified in the collaboration agreement or the online contract.
3.2. If the Influencer fails to post the content within the agreed timeframe, Techweise BV reserves the right to impose a penalty in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the collaboration agreement.

4. Placement of a clickable URL in the description

4.1. After posting a video promoting Techweise products, the Influencer must include the corresponding product link in their social media bio and keep it there for at least five (5) days following the video’s publication.

5. Payment and Compensation

5.1. Payment and compensation for the collaboration are governed by a separate collaboration agreement between Techweise BV and the Influencer.

6. Termination of Collaboration

6.1. Techweise BV reserves the right to terminate the collaboration with the Influencer at any time if the Influencer acts in violation of these terms and conditions or the collaboration agreement.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. Confidential information and materials may be shared during the collaboration. The Influencer undertakes to keep this information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
8.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Influencer consents to the terms and obligations set forth herein for the collaboration with Techweise BV. All other specific details and terms of the partnership will be set forth in a separate partnership agreement
