Please note: never steam one spot for too long. Make sure the floor is properly sealed and has no cracks. Do not take any risks and consult the floor manufacturer's manual when in doubt.

Does the floor stay wet?

No, not if you follow the correct instructions. Before you start steaming, always spray away any excess water first, directing it away from yourself. If you do not, the water will spray into the cloth and make the floor wet. If you follow this step, your floor will stay dry while steaming.

Who is the TS1 Steam Cleaner suitable for?

The TS1 is the ideal entry-level model: the perfect first steam cleaner for the whole house, with 26 accessories for more than 100 surfaces. Enough power to remove grease, dirt and grime within a few seconds.

How much pressure and power does the TS1 have?

The TS1 steam cleaner works with 1500 W and a steam pressure of 3.6 bar.

Does the floor get wet after mopping?

No. Techweise steam cleaners use dry steam. But please note: if you have not used the steam cleaner for a few minutes, some condensation water is released. That is excess water that you first spray away from you. Always do this into the sink. If you skip this, that water ends up in your cloth and the floor does get wet.

How long can I steam continuously with the TS1?

On one full 1500 ml water tank you steam for around 40 minutes continuously, without refilling in between.

Can I refill the TS1 steam cleaner while in use?

No, you fill the TS1 beforehand and then steam for around 40 minutes on one tank. Refilling while in use is possible with the TS3 Edge or the TS Compact Handheld Steam Cleaner.

How long does the TS1 take to heat up?

Allow around 8 to 10 minutes before the TS1 is up to steam.

Which accessories come with the TS1?

26 accessories: a brush set of 10 pieces, a grout brush, a mop nozzle with carpet cleaner, 2 mop cloths, a triangle brush, a furniture accessory, a precision nozzle, a scrubbing sponge, a window squeegee, 3 extension poles, a measuring cup with funnel, a drying cloth and earplugs. That lets you clean more than 100 surfaces.

Do I need to add cleaning product to the water reservoir?

No. The power of steam is enough, and cleaning products can damage the internal pipes and boiler. Use tap water, but if you have hard water we recommend distilled water to prevent limescale.

What is the difference between the TS1 and TS2 steam cleaner?

With 1800W and 4 bar, the TS2 is more powerful than the TS1 (1500W, 3.6 bar). The TS2 steams for 50 minutes on one tank compared to 40 minutes for the TS1. The TS2 also has an LED indicator light that shows when the water is up to temperature (the TS1 does not have this). The TS2 steam cleaner also has an improved design and a built-in storage compartment for accessories. Both come with the same 26 accessories.

Can I try the steam cleaner at home first?

Yes. You can test the steam cleaner for 14 days. The accessories may have been used, but the steam cleaner itself must be free of damage.

How many years of warranty does a Techweise steam cleaner come with?

We offer a two-year warranty on all our steam cleaners. If something breaks, we are happy to help you.

How quickly will my steam cleaner be delivered?

Orders in the Netherlands placed before 23:00 are delivered the next working day. Orders to Belgium are usually delivered within 1-2 working days.
