You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product, counting from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product may be tested, but make sure to return the device without any damage. You may use and test accessories.
• Returns will only be processed if they are created through our return portal. Returns sent to us on your own initiative will not be processed.
• After the 14-day return period has expired, it is no longer possible to return the product. Defects or other issues must be reported within 14 days.

Techweise is responsible for the return costs if the product is defective or if an error was made during shipping. This includes:

• We sent the wrong item.
• One or more items are damaged or incorrect.

The return cost of €8.50 is your responsibility when:

• A product is returned because you no longer want it.
• A package is not picked up at the PostNL point and is returned to the sender.
