You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product, counted from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product may have been tested, but please make sure you return the appliance without any damage. You may use and test the accessories.
• Returns will only be processed if they have been registered in our returns portal. Returns sent to us on your own initiative will not be processed.
• Once the 14-day return period has expired, it is no longer possible to return the product. Defects or other issues must be reported within 14 days.

Techweise is responsible for the return costs if the product is defective or if a shipping error was made. This includes:

• We sent the wrong item.
• One or more items are damaged or defective.

You are responsible for the €8.50 return costs when:

• A product is returned because you no longer want it.
• A package is not collected from the PostNL location and is returned to the sender.
