To prevent mold growth, proceed as follows after you have finished mopping:
1. Clean the dirty water tank thoroughly
2. Remove the filter and place it on the right in the tray of the charging station
3. Remove the brush and place it upright on the left in its holder on the charging station
Streaks on your floor are almost always caused by the cleaning product you use. Therefore, proceed as follows:
1. Use cold, preferably distilled water. It contains much less limescale.
2. Use a non-foaming, pH-neutral cleaning product. Do you have laminate flooring? Then use laminate cleaner. Choose a product suitable for your type of floor.
3. Make sure your brush is always clean before use.
